This application offers a sound player featuring relaxing Zen sounds. The Zen sounds included in the playlist are designed to provide a calming auditory backdrop for adults (21 years and older) seeking such an environment in quiet settings. These Zen sounds can serve as a sound therapy component within a tinnitus treatment regimen prescribed by a licensed hearing healthcare professional specializing in tinnitus management.
The Zen sounds featured on the playlist are meant for use in serene environments where detecting everyday sounds is non-essential. They aim to deliver a soothing auditory experience for individuals experiencing tinnitus.
Moreover, the app grants access to educational resources aimed at enhancing your understanding of living with tinnitus by providing foundational knowledge about the condition along with explanatory exercises.
Usage:
<ul>
 <li>The app is designed to be used in conjunction with Widex hearing aids (either with streaming capability or via a COM-DEX or UNI-DEX). It is recommended to listen to the chosen sound for a minimum of 2-4 hours daily at a low volume. Choosing a sound that you find pleasant is crucial to help divert your attention from your tinnitus. Listen to the sound while engaged in quiet activities such as reading, relaxing, or working.</li>
 <li>If you wear hearing aids, the sounds in the app can be used independently (without amplification) in quiet situations where awareness of surrounding sounds is unnecessary, or they can be used simultaneously with both ambient sounds and app-generated sounds.</li>
